What rule/power did that break/abuse?: Banning to Hide his own secret.
What do you want to happen?: Unbanning of my account and demotion of Ranger.
When did this happen?: 7 Minutes of this post.
Proof?: I have no proof of the incident.
Ranger and myself were both farming " LVL Points" at rockcrabs , and he told me not to tell anyone that you can reset stats so that he could continue gaining the points. Later on he noticed I was getting a lot more points than him by reseting earlier when i was training defence, and with my 99 range I was leveling a lot faster than him than he was using melee, so he told me to stop " abusing " it, when i confronted him about him doing the same thing as me * he then switched to range and started training it up since he knew my way was faster* and then when he didn't get his way he banned me without any word or warning.
He is covering up his tracks by trying to prevent me from outleveling him, and by making sure I wouldn't tell anyone what he was doing.
